How to purchase

To purchase from our shop it is necessary to register:
this is a very simple operation that only takes a few seconds and that will enable you,
each time you visit the site and log in, to put items into your virtual trolley, save the trolley, and put items on your wish list.
When you register remember to confirm by pushing the confirm link in the e-mail
that will be sent to the e-mail address that you have entered.
If you do not register and subsequently log in you can view items but not purchase them.

Items are organized by sector and category, and every category provides a list of items with a small photo, name, price in euro, US dollars, and sterling and an icon that indicates whether or not the item is available.
If you click on an item you open its page giving all its details and where you can choose the required quantity and put the item into your trolley or wish list.

Your trolley has a list of your selected items with relative price and quantity. Naturally, from the trolley it is possible to vary the quantities or eliminate items, continue shopping or go to the check out.

The ORDER SUMMARY gives the totals for the order and an initial indication of delivery costs.
If you have already made purchases at our shop you will not need to enter the details again.
If you want to purchase but deliver to another person you must fill in the delivery address fields.
The delivery costs are calculated in relation to the country of destination, while estimated delivery time is calculated as the sum of item preparation time (given on the product page of each item) and that of the selected freight company.

Deliveries
Carlo Lotti Shop delivers through 2 different freight companies:
Italian Post for Italy and MAIL BOX ETC for all other destinations.
Bottles are packed in special shockproof containers that ensures they remain undamaged.
Transport is insured against theft, disappearance, and any damage.
Delivery costs are calculated automatically by our computer program, which always chooses the most economic solution.
As regards delivery times, these are indicated in the order summary, calculated as the sum of the item delivery time with that of the selected freight company.
Please remember that there is a minimum of 3 items for orders of bottles of wine outside of Italy,
and for consignments to the United States delivery times may be longer than those stated as a result of customs procedures. It is advisable to contact us in advance for consignments to the United States.

Payments
The payment systems accepted by our shop are
Advance Bank Transfer and Credit Card with on-line transactions.
Regarding the latter, your details will be passed on only and exclusively to Sella Bank where the necessary card validity procedures will be conducted for your credit card before authorizing or refusing the transaction.
In no case will our shop be able to see or record your credit card details.
